The Fairhaven Stream – Katie Fizdale
As a current staff member who helped construct the Old Building in the hot summer of 1998 and who has also helped build the complex culture of Fairhaven School, I have the great privilege to introduce The Fairhaven Stream, a podcast series in which I interview alumni from various eras of the school. Much like the school and its students, our beloved Mt. Nebo Creek (“the stream” here on campus) is both always there and always changing. We think it’s a suitable metaphor for the school and its remarkable students, and we hope you enjoy listening to some of our graduates reminisce.
Our first podcast in the series is with Katie Fizdale, Class of 2000. Listen to Katie talk about our first years through her singular lens, as she’s one of our first School Meeting Chairs, a talented artist, and now a mother.
